Cleanco dry cleaners is a professional service provider who works for the betterment of its customers, always striving to deliver the best possible service.

  1. All garments are handled with utmost care but owing to the condition of the articles and non-visible defects in the material there is a possibility of discolouring or shrinkage. Such garments are done at owner’s risk.
  2. We are not responsible for any article which is left beyond 30 days and will charge for its storage. We are not responsible for any claim after 3 months.
  3. Removal of stain is a part of the process but complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer's risk.
  4. We are not responsible for any loss of any item left in the article such as money or jewellery.
  5. Customers are requested to count the article at the time of delivery and inform the delivery man in case of missing articles. We are not responsible for any such claims after delivery.
  6. We give a warranty of 7 days from the date of delivery for any quality-related issues with washing or dry-cleaning of articles.
  7. Company shall not be held responsible for any ornamental or fitting on the garment.
  8. We take no liability for any loss or damage of article due to fire, burglary, etc.
  9. Charges for designer wear will be decided based on the complexity of the garment. After it is examined by the expert, the price will be finalized.
  10. In case of any loss or damage, we would provide compensation up to 10 times the dry-cleaning order value of the item.
  11. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or mechanical issues with our delivery vehicle, there might be a delay in delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
  12. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow only.
